Business plan
The Knowsley Safeguarding Adults Board Strategic Business Plan was developed in consultation with Board members and stakeholders and details the actions needed over the next three years to deliver agreed priorities. Board and subgroup members, partners, stakeholders and communities contributed to the plan alongside data, regional and national information and issues.
Thirty-four board and subgroup members discussed information during a Development Day (February 2026) where priorities for the strategic plan were agreed. The plan for 2026-2029 outlines how local agencies will prevent abuse, protect at-risk adults, and improve services through partnership, focusing on objectives e.g. raising awareness of safeguarding, data analysis, and engaging with communities.
