Case study

• Frank’s Story
  Knowsley Safeguarding Adult’s Board (KSAB) have conducted a case study for a person “Frank” who was receiving are and support for some time and had been referred to the Muti-agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) on multiple occasions.
  
  The case study shows “Franks” journey and highlights good practice as well as consequences of delays in gaining support.
